How It Works
ThriveMD offers a hybrid concierge model, combining the personalized experience of concierge medicine with the convenience of accepting Medicare and private PPO insurance plans. Members pay an annual membership fee for enhanced access and concierge services, while eligible covered medical services are billed to insurance according to your plan. An annual membership at ThriveMD offers a level of access and care beyond the traditional primary care model.

Priority scheduling and access to your physician. In-office and telehealth visits available.
Unlimited office visits for both acute concerns and routine preventative care.
Comprehensive annual evaluation including laboratory testing and EKG screening.
Convenient in-office laboratory services.
Annual Cardiac assessment and risk evaluation.
Personalized inpatient care coordination at select local hospitals/acute rehab centers.
Curated referrals to trusted, high quality specialists
Ongoing Health advocacy and care navigation.
Please note: Membership does not replace health insurance. Patients are encouraged to maintain active health insurance coverage. Insurance coverage varies by plan, and copays, deductibles, and coinsurance may still apply.
