How It Works
ThriveMD offers a
concierge model, combining the personalized experience of concierge medicine with the convenience of accepting Medicare and private PPO insurance plans.
Membership is $3,000 annually
and provides enhanced access and concierge services, while eligible covered medical services are billed to insurance according to your plan. An annual membership at ThriveMD offers a level of
access and care beyond the traditional primary care model.

Priority scheduling (same day/next day) appointments.
Direct access to your physician.
Unlimited in-office / telehealth visits for both acute concerns and routine preventative care.
Comprehensive annual evaluation including laboratory testing and EKG screening.
Convenient in-office laboratory services.
Annual cardiac assessment and risk evaluation.
Personal hospital visits / care coordination at select local hospitals/acute rehab centers.
Curated referrals to trusted, high quality specialists
Ongoing health advocacy and care navigation.
