Dr. Jason Golub, MD
Dr. Jason D. Golub is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician with more than 20 years of experience providing comprehensive adult medical care. With a background in hospital medicine and concierge care, he created ThriveMD to provide thoughtful, accessible, relationship-driven care that can be difficult to find in today's healthcare system.
His focus is on preventive care, overall wellness and helping each patient achieve their best possible health with the time, attention and direct access they deserve.

The Hybrid Concierge Model
ThriveMD combines the personalized experience of concierge medicine with the convenience of accepting Medicare and Private PPO insurance plans. Members pay an annual membership fee for enhanced access and concierge services, while eligible covered medical services are billed to Medicare or your private PPO insurance. An annual membership at ThriveMD offers a level of access and care beyond the traditional primary care model.
